  • DPD parcel shops and courier delivery
  • Standard courier delivery to your address

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from order dispatch:

  • Latvia: 2-3 business days
  • Estonia, Lithuania: 3-5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5-7 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7-14 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing for international shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Free shipping for orders over €70 within Latvia
  • Standard rates apply for other destinations (calculated at checkout)
  • International shipping costs vary by destination and package weight

Important: International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

5. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status with our tracking options:

  • A tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order through your account dashboard in Order History
  • Guest orders can be tracked using the link in your shipping confirmation email

6. Important Information

Please keep the following in mind when placing your order:

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of purchase
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for courier shipments
  • After failed delivery attempts, parcels may be held at the local post office or parcel terminal for collection
